1. About Our Store

Southern Sass & Spirit Co is an online boutique offering apparel, drinkware, accessories, home goods, and other products featuring original designs and artwork.

Many of our products are made-to-order through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This means your product may not be manufactured until after you place your order.

2. Products & Product Images

We do our best to accurately display our products, colors, designs, and descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Because many of our products are made individually after an order is placed, minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are created specifically for you after your order is submitted.

Because of this, we generally cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size/color selections, or simply changing your mind.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and product details before placing your order.

Printify similarly states that its standard print-on-demand process does not support returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color selections or changes of mind.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Printify currently provides replacement/refund support for qualifying damaged or manufacturing-error orders when reported within 30 days of delivery.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, orders may be sent into production shortly after purchase.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

6. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners.

Production and shipping times can vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, holidays, and carrier delays.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, written content, product descriptions, and other materials created for Southern Sass & Spirit Co are owned by or licensed to our business unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our designs or other content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment

We work with third-party fulfillment providers, including Printify, to produce and ship certain products.

These providers may receive information necessary to fulfill your order, such as your name, shipping address, product selection, and other order information.

Our use of third-party providers does not change your relationship with our store. Your purchase is made directly from Southern Sass & Spirit Co.

9. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website.

Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you've placed, we will contact you regarding the available options.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers may have specific terms, expiration dates, or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.

Engage in fraudulent activity
